Unfortunately, the river is still flooded and they are not predicting it to go below flood stage until sometime next week. The Rockford Ski Broncs will be traveling to their National Tournament next Friday. Then as long as the river is down they will be doing their usual Wednesday and Friday night shows at 7 p.m. that following week.

So bring in your pantry items and we'll play board games, eat popcorn and visit with Sherm, Carrie & Andy. It will be an awesome night of FELLOWSHIP & FUN!

This year's theme is SonQuest Rainforest.  

Enter a world of amazing animals, fabulous fish, and intelligent insects. SonQuest Rainforest is far from the ordinary. It’s a vibrant and dynamic place filled with enormous plants that seem to cover everything and that echoes day and night with the sounds of lively birds and animals! Best of all, SonQuest Rainforest will take the kids beyond what they can explore with their senses to discover a living spiritual relationship with Jesus Christ, the Son of God. For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.(John 3:16)

So everything our SonQuest Rainforest adventurers encounter is based on five parables told by Jesus that will make a difference in their lives every day. These five days of discovery not only give kids the knowledge of God’s word, but also the opportunity to respond to His truth by living out their Christian faith.

This journey, according to tradition, has become known as the Via Dolorosa ("Way of Sorrow"). Christians would retrace the steps of Jesus, praying and meditating at various stops along the Via Dolorosa.

On March 31, during PULSE, our high school students are going to do their own 'Stations of the Cross'.

The students would also like to invite the everyone to participate in the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday, April 2, from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Though everyone is invited, small children may not quite grasp the solemnity and the seriousness of the mood that we are trying to create. We will leave this decision up to the parents.
